(1) Test equipment: single screw extruder L/D= 24 injection molding machine
(2) Test raw materials: Pigment plastic decomposition (HDPE, PP, PS, etc.)
(3) Test concentration: corresponding to 1% of titanium dioxide
Pigment concentration respectively 0.1%, 0.05%, 0.025% 0.005%
(4) Test: The quantitative pigment and plastic mixture can be extruded into uniform particles in a single-screw extruder according to the concentration of (3). ℃, 260 ℃, 280 ℃, 300 ℃ interval temperature, step by step manufacturing samples and testing.
